Sanjoy Chatterji

Founder and CEO


Sanjoy founded Entomo in 1999 and brings more than 25 years of technology and executive management expertise to the company. Before founding Entomo, he was Founder and President of the Trinetra Consulting Group, which worked with early-stage growth companies in the areas of fund raising, business development, market and product strategy, and organizational development.

Prior to Trinetra, Sanjoy was Vice President of Software & Systems at Philips Electronics’ ATL Ultrasound Division (NYSE:PHG). He was a member of the turnaround team that revitalized and repositioned ATL (then a publicly traded company), boosting the market cap from $250 million to $800 million, resulting in an eventual acquisition by Philips.

Earlier in his career, Chatterji was Vice President Technology & Services at PowerOpen, a power PC market-development company. Prior to PowerOpen, Sanjoy spent almost 10 years at Sequoia Systems Inc., serving in a variety of functions, including Director Systems Software. He helped the company grow through an IPO and several years as a publicly traded company. During his tenure, he developed and brought to market several generations of fault-tolerant, symmetric multi-processing systems and received multiple patents in fault-tolerant and multiprocessor architecture and design.

Sanjoy Chatterji previously served on the Computer Systems and Software Advisory Board of the Washington Technology Council. He holds a Master's of Engineering in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a B.S./M.S. in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani, India.


Suresh Kumar

Vice President, Engineering & Services


Suresh brings more than two decades of technology product development and business experience to Entomo. Previously, Suresh was Founder and President of Transaga Software, which developed and marketed Offline Transaction Processing technology that integrated applications for the extended enterprise.

Prior to founding Transaga, Kumar was Co-Founder and Vice President of Engineering for Tactica Corporation, a developer of transactional middleware for mobile, remote and Internet transaction processing. He built the US and offshore engineering organizations and successfully brought enterprise-level products to market in record time. He was responsible for Tactica’s product architecture and designed and implemented database adapters, failure management and recovery components, system backup and communication modules as well as system monitoring tools.

As Director of Engineering at PI Systems, Suresh oversaw the architecture, development strategy and management of MobileWorks, a software framework for building mobile client/server applications. He started his career as a graphics engineer at Tektronix, Inc.

Suresh Kumar holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas and a BE in Electrical Engineering from BITS Pilani, India. He holds several patents in transaction processing and computer graphics.


Michael Stemberger

Corporate Controller


Mike Stemberger has more than two decades of senior-level finance, public accounting and management consulting experience. He has held leadership positions in industries ranging from technology, manufacturing, utilities and legal services, in both publicly-held companies and venture-funded startups.

Prior to joining Entomo, Mike spent five years at Panasonic Avionics Corporation (NYSE:PC) in a variety of roles, including corporate-wide budgeting and financial planning. He founded the Internal Audit Department, and served as a special projects consultant to the CFO.

Before joining Panasonic Avionics, Stemberger was the Vice President of Finance and Administration at BondHub, Inc., a web-based company that provided a platform for online trading of corporate, municipal and mortgage-backed bonds. In addition to his finance and accounting responsibilities (which included all filings with the SEC and NASD), Stemberger also managed all Human Resource functions. His early career was spent in financial planning and analysis at Westinghouse Electric, and as a public accountant and management consultant at Price Waterhouse and Ernst and Whinney.

Stemberger earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University, a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Alaska, and a B.S. in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed CPA in Washington and Alaska.


Terri Robberson

Director of Human Resources


Terri is a seasoned HR executive with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries, including software, online travel, financial services, and consulting. Her experience spans early-stage through Fortune 500 companies.

Most recently, Terri focused on helping companies with HR-related best practices and solutions while running her own consulting firm, HRDifference LLC. Previously, Terri was Vice President of Human Resources for Expedia, Key Bank, Morgan Stanley and held senior leadership roles for Neopost and Harris Corporation.


Dale Molski

Director, Customer Success and Services


Dale brings 20 years of technology product development and professional services to the company. Before Entomo, he was the Director of Professional Services at Constellation Software, an ERP software company.

At Constellation Software, Dale provided product direction and professional services for product implementations, custom development and on-going consulting and training services. He was the main driver in revitalizing the department and more than tripling the department revenue, while maintaining or increasing the department’s margin. His contributions directly helped the company grow through an IPO and several years as a publicly traded company.

Prior to joining Constellation Software, Dale was Professional Services Implementation Manager at The FAST Management Group (TFMG) a startup focusing on ERP system and consulting services for the construction industry. Over the course of 10 years, while the TFMG maneuvered itself through multiple acquisitions and divestitures, Molski and his team won accolades for ensuring that the customers’ needs were always fulfilled.

Dale earned an MBA degree from Keller Graduate School and a BS in Accounting from Marquette University. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Purdue University.
