Entomo provides managed services for customers who wish to outsource some or all aspects of partner management and channel operations in connection with the deployment of its integrated cCRM solution, the Entomo SmartHub®. With managed services deployed, Entomo becomes an extension of customers’ channel sales, finance, internal audit/compliance, channel marketing and IT departments. In effect, this allows customers to hand over the day-to-day responsibilities of planning and executing selected channel and revenue-related analyses and business processes to Entomo.
Turnkey Service Packages
Managed services can be pre-configured in packages to meet customer-specific requirements such as the following:
- Signing-up and onboarding channel partners to provide timely and accurate channel data on a weekly or monthly basis, or other agreed schedule.
- Exception handling during the cleaning, normalization, enrichment and aggregation of channel data (POS, inventory and claims).
- Resolution of exceptions detected by the channel inventory reconciliation process.
- Reporting on, and analysis of, channel data to evaluate the impact of channel programs on bottom line results, and making recommendations on how to improve them.
- Processing and payment of channel claims including communicating directly with channel partners to answer questions and explain decisions.
- Management of complex commission sales plans, including the commission splits workflow and payouts.
- Organizing and conducting on-site reviews and physical inventory counts at channel partner locations when required.
