Laurence Seifert
Laurence “Larry” Seifert retired in August 2001 as the Executive Vice President of AT&T Wireless Services Group and COO of its Fixed Wireless Services Unit. Previously, Seifert was Vice President of AT&T Global Manufacturing and Engineering and a member of the Bell Laboratories Cabinet, which oversaw R&D programs and policies. Seifert also held AT&T positions as Vice President of Communications Products Sourcing and Manufacturing, Vice President of Engineering, Manufacturing Research and Development, Vice President, and Director of Engineering; and he spent ten years in Product Management and Marketing.
Seifert’s international experience includes stints as CEO of AT&T Consumer Products Mexico, and CEO of AT&T Consumer Products Singapore and Thailand. He began his career in 1957 at Western Electric’s Kearney Works.
Laurence Seifert holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He currently serves on The Board of Overseers of New Jersey Institute of Technology and he was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 1989.
Stockton Rush
Stockton Rush is the Chairman, co-founder and CTO of OceanGate, LLC a company that owns and operates manned submersibles and remotely operated vehicles, that it charters for research, film, and exploration projects. He is also the Chairman of Remote Control Technology, Inc. (RCT), a Kirkland, Washington, based manufacturer of wireless remote control devices for industrial applications. Prior to joining RCT, Rush was a founding partner of Peregrine Partners, a San Francisco based venture capital firm. Rush is a member of the Board of Directors of BlueView Technologies, a manufacturer of small, high frequency sonar systems.
Rush began his career as a Flight Test Engineer on the F-15 program with the McDonnell Douglas Corporation. He holds a commercial pilot’s license, with multi-engine, helicopter, instrument, seaplane and DC-8 ratings.
Stockton Rush obtained his BSE in Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University and his MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
Sanjoy Chatterji
Sanjoy Chatterji is the President and CEO for Entomo. He brings over two decades of technology and management expertise to the company. As CEO, he provides the overall vision and strategy for the company. Before founding Entomo, Chatterji was Founder and President of the Trinetra Consulting Group, which worked with early stage growth companies in the areas of fund raising, business development, market and product strategy, and organizational development.
In the five years prior to Trinetra, Chatterji was Vice President of Software & Systems at Philips Electronics’ ATL Ultrasound Division (NYSE:PHG). He was a member of the turnaround team that revitalized and repositioned ATL (then a publicly traded company), boosting the market cap from $250 million to $800 million, resulting in an eventual acquisition by Philips.
Before joining Philips, Chatterji was Vice President Technology & Services at PowerOpen, a power PC market-development company. Prior to PowerOpen, Chatterji spent almost ten years at Sequoia Systems Inc., serving in a variety of functions, including Director Systems Software. He helped the company grow through an IPO and several years as a publicly traded company. During his tenure at Sequoia, Chatterji developed and brought to market several generations of fault-tolerant, symmetric multi-processing systems and received multiple patents in fault-tolerant and multi-processor architecture and design.
Sanjoy Chatterji previously served on the Computer Systems and Software Advisory Board of the Washington Technology Council for 7 years. He holds a Masters of Engineering in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS/MS in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani, India.
Niranjan Chipalkatti, Ph.D.
Dr. Niranjan “Chips” Chipalkatti is a Professor of Accounting at Seattle University. Previously, he was on the faculty at Ohio Northern University.
Chipalkatti is a business valuation consultant who is actively engaged in capital markets research involving policy issues for revenue recognition requirements, equity valuation issues, and the impact of earnings signals and mandated disclosures on the market microstructure.
He has presented at meetings for the American Accounting Association, the Financial Management Association and the American Economic Association. In addition, Chipalkatti’s articles have been published in various journals including the Journal of Developing Areas, Journal of International Accounting Research, International Journal of Financial Services Management, Journal of Accounting Research, Oxford Development Studies, CPA Journal, Ohio CPA Journal, and Business Valuation Review. His research on the market microstructure effects of the transparency of Indian banks was published as a working paper of the National Stock Exchange in India.
Chipalkatti previously worked as an auditor at A.F. Fergusons, Chartered Accountants (associates of KPMG International) and as an accountant at Hindustan Lever Ltd., a subsidiary of Unilever PLC (NYSE:UL).
Chipalkatti received his Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Bombay. He is an accredited member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.
Patricia Zuccotti
Patricia “Trish” Zuccotti is the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for Expedia, Inc. (NASDAQ:EXPE) Before joining Expedia, Zuccotti worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving most recently as Director of Enterprise Risk Services. Prior to that she was Director of Audit for ten years.
With more than two decades in public accounting, Zuccotti has in-depth experience in auditing, US GAAP, SEC filings, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and compliance, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Zuccotti holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance (double major) from the University of Washington and a BA in Political Science from Trinity College. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Patricia Zuccotti currently serves on the Board of Directors of KUOW, Seattle’s NPR affiliate and she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
