Information Request Form:

• Take I-5 to I-90 and head East towards Bellevue and I-405
  
• Take I-405 North to Highway 520 - just after downtown Bellevue exits - and head West towards Seattle
  
• Take the first exit on Highway 520 - 108th Avenue (stay on the on-ramp to 520 as it turns into the off-ramp for 108th)
  
• Turn right onto 108th
  
• Turn right at first light onto Northup Way
  
• Turn left at the first street NE 33rd Place (you veer left in front of R&R Rentals)
  
• We are the first office complex on the left - Evergreen Office Park
  
• We are the first building on the left - 10940 NE 33rd Place, 2nd floor, Suite 206

• Take I-5 North to Highway 520 and head East towards Bellevue
  
• Take the Lake Washington Blvd Exit towards Kirkland
  
• Once on Lake Washington, turn right at the first light onto Northup Way
  
• Go through one light (108th Avenue)
