Laurence Seifert - Chairman of the Board
Larry Seifert has served as an independent director of Entomo since 2000. He was elected Chairman of the Board in 2005.
Seifert retired in August 2001 as the Executive Vice President of AT&T Wireless Services Group and COO of its Fixed Wireless Services Unit. Previously, Seifert was Vice President of AT&T Global Manufacturing and Engineering and was a member of the Bell Laboratories Cabinet, which oversaw R&D programs and policies. Seifert has also served at AT&T as Vice President of Communications Products Sourcing and Manufacturing, Vice President of Engineering, Manufacturing Research and Development, Vice President, and Director of Engineering, and he spent ten years in Product Management and Marketing.
Seifert's international experience includes stints as CEO of AT&T Consumer Products-Mexico, and CEO of AT&T Consumer Products Singapore and Thailand. He began his career in 1957 at Western Electric's Kearney Works.
Seifert holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He currently serves on The Board of Overseers of New Jersey Institute of Technology. He was elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 1989
Susan P. Sigl - Director
Susan Sigl co-founded SeaPoint Ventures in July 1997. She is involved in all aspects of the Firm's venture capital activities; she is also actively involved in public relations, investor relations and the management of the firm's financial and administrative functions.
Sigl began her career at Price Waterhouse in Houston, Texas. She subsequently held financial executive positions in several privately held, entrepreneurial companies in both Houston and Seattle.
Sigl is actively involved in Northwest organizations. She was the past President of the Evergreen Venture Capital Association and an originating Board member for the Northwest Chapter of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. She is a past member of the National Venture Capital Association's spokesperson committee, a long-standing mentor in the University of Washington's MBA Mentor Program, and was previously an Advisory Board member of Seattle University's Entrepreneurship Center. She also serves on the WSA's annual Investment Forum. Sigl is a Board Observer of Telecom Transport Management, Inc. and is actively involved as a financial advisor to SNAPin Software, Inc.
Sigl is a CPA and holds both a BA and MBA from the University of Washington.
Stan Davis - Director
Stan Davis has over 30 years of extensive high technology operations and executive management experience.
Davis retired from Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) in 1999 after serving there for 22 years. During his tenure at Intel, Davis held several key engineering management positions and was responsible for managing numerous strategic initiatives and bringing key hardware and software products to market, including ProShare and LANDesk. Prior to Intel, Davis held various engineering management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Stan is an Emeritus Member of the SAO Board of Directors (also a member of its Strategy and Leadership Committees) and is a member of the Portland Venture Group. Stan is on the Board of Directors of the Portland Jewish Academy and is co-chairing their High School Start-up Committee.

Thomas S. Huseby - Board Advisor
Tom Huseby is the co-founder and Managing General Partner of SeaPoint Ventures. After a successful career as an executive, building international operations for a multi-billion dollar corporation, Huseby continued his company building and leadership role as an entrepreneur, which included CEO positions in two wireless infrastructure companies.
Prior to forming SeaPoint Ventures, Huseby co-founded and was the first CEO of Metawave Communications Corporation, a manufacturer of cellular infrastructure equipment. Before Metawave, he was the first president and CEO of Innova Corporation, a manufacturer of digital millimeter wave radios. Huseby spent the first seventeen years of his career at Raychem Corporation where he held a variety of executive positions in Europe, South America and the U.S. His last position at Raychem was Group Vice President of the Industrial Products Group.
Huseby currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Hubspan Inc., Qpass Inc., SNAPin Software, Inc., Telecom Transport Management Inc., and Vayusa. Huseby served as the first Chairman of the Board of Entomo, Inc. He is also a board member of Airspan Networks (NASDAQ:AIRN) and Wireless Services Corporation.
Huseby holds a BA in Economics and a BSIE from Columbia University and an MBA from Stanford University.
Vijay Vashee - Board Advisor
Vijay Vashee has over 23 years of marketing and executive management experience in the high technology industry.
Vashee spent 19 years at Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT), rising from various marketing and program management positions to General Manager. Vashee was a key player in several technology and company acquisitions, most notably resulting in the release of Microsoft Project and Microsoft PowerPoint. As GM for Project, he grew a $5 million business into a $100 million and as GM for PowerPoint, the product went from being shelfware to a key product in MS Office with growth from $100 million to $600 million in business.
Vashee serves as a member of the Board of Directors and the audit committee of SumTotal Systems (NASDAQ: SUMTE). He is also on the Board of Trustees of Bellevue Community College and is on the board or advisory boards of several technology companies.
Vashee holds a Bachelors Tech EE from IIT Bombay, a Masters Eng EE from Cornell University, and a MBA from the University of Chicago.
Niranjan Chipalkatti, Ph.D. - Board Advisor
Dr. Niranjan "Chips" Chipalkatti is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Seattle University. Previously, he was on the faculty at Ohio Northern University.
Chipalkatti is a business valuation consultant and is actively engaged in capital markets research involving policy issues related to the new revenue recognition requirements, equity valuation issues, and the impact of earnings signals and mandated disclosures on the market microstructure.
He has presented at the American Accounting Association, the Financial Management Association and the American Economic Association meetings. His articles have been published in various journals including the Journal of Developing Areas, Journal of International Accounting Research, International Journal of Financial Services Management, Journal of Accounting Research, Oxford Development Studies, CPA Journal, Ohio CPA Journal, and Business Valuation Review. His paper on the market microstructure effects of the transparency of Indian banks was published as a working paper of the National Stock Exchange in India.
Chipalkatti previously worked as an auditor at A.F. Fergusons, Chartered Accountants (associates of KPMG International) and as an accountant at Hindustan Lever Ltd., a subsidiary of Unilever PLC (NYSE:UL).
Chipalkatti received his Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Commerce from the University of Bombay. He is an accredited member of the Institute of Business Appraisers.
Patricia Zuccotti - Board Advisor
Patricia “Trish” Zuccotti is the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Expedia, Inc. Prior to joining Expedia, Zuccotti was employed by Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving most recently as a Director of Enterprise Risk Services. Prior to that she served as a Director of Audit for ten years.
With 22 years in public accounting, Zuccotti has in-depth experience in auditing, US GAAP, SEC filings, Sarbanes-Oxley readiness and compliance, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Zuccotti holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance (dual major) from the University of Washington and a BA in Political Science from Trinity College. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
Zuccotti currently serves on the Board of Directors of KUOW, Seattle’s NPR affiliate and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
